n00bs

If you’re reading my blog, and you don’t know what a n00b is, well…you’re a n00b. And for those of you who are thinking…’How could he even think of insulting his readers’…go boil your heads.

Noob or N00b is short for newbie which means a git who is new to something, when it comes to computers. It’s used practically everywhere. You’ll find gamers yelling that across chat rooms when someone gets fragged in a pretty pathetic way. And if you don’t know what fragged means, go f*** yourself (I MEANT FRAG!)

On the other hand, you might even find total nerds calling each other that, when one nerd doesn’t know something about the box that the other does. So, basically it’s a curse/insult/slang/whateva…

And this is for the noobs who have withstood the humiliation…good job…you are capable of more. Try to practice in whatever field you’re a noob. Soon, you’ll be in a position to call others noobs.

P.S. The Mozilla Team has at least one noob, coz’ the spell check does not seem to understand the word noob. What a NOOB!

  1. ‘Noob’ doesn’t have a status of an actual word yet. Despite its usage, the Mozilla guys can’t really start putting in stuff which doesn’t EXIST in dictionaries. It might sound like just one word, but there would be many. Anyway, Mozilla doesn’t make the spell check. Type ‘about:license#myspell’ in your Firefox address bar, it’ll give you the guys who made it…it’s basically a plugin which Mozilla took from them.

  2. And if you don’t know ‘about:license’ existed, you’re a n00b. :p
