Generally, I would not advise you to use the online upgrade feature. If the connection gets disconnected, you’re screwed.

To upgrade,you should preferably use the text based CD.Did you ever have any other plan or use Speed On Demand by chance?

Have you ever used speed on demand?it might be possible that airtel has stopped charging you for it and is still giving you the speed
