Just realised, I’m downloading around 1.5 – 2 GB every day!
Got an unlimited connection, and Airtel quite nicely upgraded my speeds to something around 320 kbps or something. I didn’t really expect this, because unlimited connections with big speeds spell doom for the ISPs. Once, sigh, I had got speeds upto 25+ mbps. Basically, unlimited speeds. It was nice. Downloaded a movie in about half-an-hour. Less than the time needed to watch it.
I’m a bit of a Simpsons fan, and am currently downloading the 2nd and 3rd Season. Decent stuff.

. I get an average Download Speed of around 60 on this plan. And its proving to be much better than MTNL and Sify.
How much does the Unlimited Connection on Airtel cost u per month? I have the 555 Plan – Which gives me 2 GB Download Free But I always tend to overuse it
I actually did not opt for the Unlimited one because of slow speeds.But then after reading this, I may as well……….change my plan. Do give me some details Vivek.
Maybe the speed will decrease soon….

@Prateek – I have the Home 699 plan. With taxes, that’s around Rs. 725. When I originally got the plan, it was at a lowly 128kbps. Then 192 kbps. Now this…
