Day 2 : Oh the pain…

Oh the pain…I knew this was coming when I decided to get up at 5 yesterday to restart the get-in-shape regime. I’ve experienced it before, but I hate it each and every time it happens. By the way, the molecule above is also given below:

If you still didn’t get it, and currently in the science stream in class 12, you need help. It’s lactic acid, and most of my muscles are full of it. For further information, ref. class 10 biology, anaerobic respiration. Anyway, simple tasks such as going down a set of stairs is oh-so-agonising.

And it’s not just the running – anyone who followed the fitness series of posts I had posted a few months ago will know that I do a lot of “monkeying about” (censored translation of what my mother calls it) in the park.

Well, my SportsTracker profile should be racking up kilometres soon, and I hope there won’t be an abominable gap this time, like the one I’ve just left.
